Rentals are typically 1 week minimum - Saturday-Saturday

50% Deposit Due on Booking / Balance 30 Days before Arrival.
* We can also help arrange for accommodations in adjacent cabins - just steps away - should your group be larger than 6 or if the slope-side cabin is booked during your dates.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. 10% of the total amount is a non-refundable reservation fee upon booking. If you cancel within 60 days prior to your arrival, but before the 30 day point, 25% of the total rental amount is nonrefundable.

The remaning 50% balance is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, at which point the entire rental amount is nonrefundable.
